About the role

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and handle incoming cases via phone. You will play a crucial role in helping users with technical issues and ensuring they receive fast and professional support. Through varied tasks and different customer environments, you will have great opportunities to learn new things, as well as strengthen and develop your existing skills.

  • Handle and resolve incoming cases via phone, remote control, or on-site at the customer's location
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for our users
  • Escalate more complex cases to second-line support or other relevant departments
  • Document and follow up on cases in our case management system
  • Ensure that users have a positive experience through professional and service-oriented interactions

You will have your home base in one of our delivery teams, where you will work alongside a team of about 10 colleagues serving a couple of our customers.

About you

We are looking for someone with a strong service mindset and a great interest in IT. Since the role involves a lot of customer contact, it is important that you are social, communicative, and solution-oriented. Do you also enjoy working with troubleshooting, technology, and people? Perfect! With us, you will go far with drive and a desire to develop. In addition, you need to have:

  • 1–2 years of experience in support, customer service, or similar
  • Basic IT knowledge
  • An interest in learning new things
  • Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
  • A valid driver's license (Category B), as we would like you to work on-site a few days a week once you are settled
