IT Developer for the Municipal Executive Board

In this role, you play a key part within the Municipal Executive Board. Our mission is to lead and support the municipality's development. We create the conditions for our operations to achieve their goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As an IT Developer with us, you will have a key role in driving our digitalization forward. Your immediate team consists of six other IT Developers, and together you work on the development, further development, and maintenance of e-services, integrations, AI solutions, apps, and automations—digital solutions that make a real difference in people's daily lives.

The work spans the entire chain, from analyzing needs and investigating solutions to developing, implementing, and following up on solutions within the organization.

We have several modern platforms that support innovation and efficiency, which will become a natural part of your daily work in a role where technology meets operational benefit.

You will collaborate closely with colleagues in the department and with the municipality's various operations, taking a holistic perspective from understanding needs to creating, testing, and launching solutions. Here, you will be involved throughout the entire process and see the practical results of your work.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who have relevant IT education or equivalent experience.

For this role, we would prefer that you have:

• experience in system development, integrations, or digital services
• understanding of how IT creates operational value
• experience working in teams and in close collaboration with various competencies
• a structured approach and the ability to drive your work forward
• a curious and solution-oriented mindset
• good knowledge of English

It is meritorious if you have:

• experience from public sector operations
• worked with e-service platforms, AI, automation, or integrations
• knowledge of PowerShell, C#, .NET, API, or TSQL

We place great emphasis on personal qualities.

The employment begins with a probationary period of 6 months.

Interviews are planned for weeks 34-35.
