Trafikverket is working on implementing a requirements database to maintain requirements throughout the entire lifecycle of a facility. The completed solution is called KOLL Requirements Database and is based on the requirements management system DOORS Next. The location is either Gothenburg or Stockholm.

Together with a new way of working, the KOLL Requirements Database provides more efficient maintenance throughout the facility's entire lifecycle as well as a digital requirements flow through the entire business process.

Requirements

Education

University or college education in engineering, IT, systems science, or equivalent experience assessed by the employer as equivalent.

Experience with Requirements Management

At least 3 years of experience in systematic requirements management in a large organization or project.

Experience in documenting, structuring, and managing requirements.

Experience in working with requirements traceability and requirements follow-up.

Experience in supporting operations in requirements-related matters.

System Support

Experience in administering or managing system support for requirements management.

Experience in configuration, user support, or method support in digital tools.

Experience in creating instructions, templates, and ways of working.

Training and Change Management

Documented experience in planning and conducting training or workshops.

Ability to adapt training materials to different target groups.

Experience in supporting users during the introduction of new ways of working or tools.

Communication

Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

Good pedagogical skills.

Ability to communicate with both operations, project managers, and technical specialists.

Personal Qualities

Structured and meticulous.

Independent and proactive.

Service-oriented.

Good teamwork skills.

Meritorious Requirements

Requirements Management Methodology

Experience in requirements management according to established methods and standards.

Experience in verification and validation of requirements.

Tools

Experience with requirements tools, for example:

  • IBM DOORS Next
  • Azure DevOps

Infrastructure and Facilities

Experience from railway, road, tunnel, or facility projects.

Experience working in requirements-intensive environments with many stakeholders.

Experience working in public operations or client organizations.

Training Production

Experience in creating training materials.

Experience in building knowledge networks or user forums.

Examples of Tasks

  • Manage and further develop the organization's requirements management process.
  • Manage and administer requirements management tools.
  • Provide method support to projects and operations.
  • Plan and conduct training in requirements management and system support.
  • Create training materials, guides, and instructions.
  • Participate in the development of ways of working for requirements traceability and follow-up.
  • Coordinate experience feedback and improvement work.
  • Act as support within requirements management.
