As a personal assistant, you will be a vital support in a child's daily life, contributing to safety, inclusion, and good conditions for development. The work involves providing support in both care and daily activities, at home and in other settings where the child spends time.

You will be close at hand throughout the entire work shift, helping to create structure, predictability, and a safe environment. Duties include supervision, support in play and activities, personal care, medication administration according to delegation or instructions, and certain health-promoting measures such as inhalations, breathing exercises, and simple training moments.

Since the child has epilepsy, a key part of the role is to be observant of changes in the child's condition and to act calmly and securely if a seizure occurs. You will work closely with the family and other people around the child to ensure a safe and well-functioning daily life.

The position requires responsibility, presence, and genuine engagement. At the same time, it is a job filled with joy, play, and the opportunity to make a big difference in a child's life every day. You will have the chance to build an important relationship and help create conditions for a meaningful, safe, and developmental daily life.

Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities

Specific education is not required for the position, but experience working with children is meritorious. If you have previously worked as a personal assistant or have experience with children with disabilities, epilepsy, or other special needs, we see this as a big plus.

You are attentive, patient, and have the ability to build good relationships with both the child, the family, and other people around. Having a driver's license is meritorious as it facilitates transport and pickup at preschool.

• Working hours: Example working hours 6-9 and 15-19, but flexible to discuss together with the family, and weekend work occurs.

• Start date: According to agreement
