Elvans Tandläkare in Eriksberg is a modern and well-established clinic with a fantastic location by the water in central Gothenburg. Our premises are of high standard, and we work with the latest equipment. At our clinic, all types of dental care are provided, including general dentistry, prosthodontics, surgery, implants, aesthetic dentistry, and digital impression taking.

On the clinic, we work in two teams according to the sologroup model, which means we divide the days to create the best possible availability for our patients. Today, we consist of three dentists (one of whom is an oral surgeon), three dental hygienists, five dental nurses, and one receptionist. We are now looking for an additional receptionist for Team Bratteus.

About the role

As a receptionist here, you are the face of the clinic and play a key role in the patients' overall experience. You are responsible for the first meeting with our patients, both in person and by phone. The role involves greeting patients, handling incoming calls, and managing cancellations and rescheduling. You actively work on optimizing the booking schedule to create an efficient patient flow for the entire clinic. Furthermore, you assist patients both before and after treatment, handle payments and invoices, and manage orders. If interested, we would also appreciate it if you could support the sterilization work.

You will work according to a two-shift schedule, which includes two evenings per week and three earlier shifts. You will also have a daily overlap with the receptionist in the other team, meaning you will work together for part of the day.

The position is 90%.

We are looking for someone with documented experience in reception work. Experience from the dental care sector is meritorious but not a requirement, and we also view previous experience with economic-related tasks positively. You are computer literate and have very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities.
