Security Guards for Shopping Centers and Malls in Stockholm County

Are you an engaged and responsible security guard who wants to contribute to a safe and secure environment? We are now looking for security guards to work in shopping centers and malls around Stockholm County.

As a security guard with us, you play a vital role in creating safety and well-being for visitors, staff, and the general public. The work involves both preventive measures and intervention when necessary, while representing the business in a professional and service-oriented manner.

Job Responsibilities

In the role of a security guard, you will among other things:

• Work preventively to maintain order and safety
• Handle disturbances and conflict situations
• Provide service and guidance to visitors and staff
• Collaborate with the police, other security personnel, and partners
• Contribute to a safe and secure environment in public spaces

Requirements

• Trained security guard with a valid permit
• Approved by the County Administrative Board to work for an authorized security company
• Law-abiding, crime-free, drug-free, and with settled finances
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Calm, stable, and has a good ability to handle conflicts
• Physically fit and presentable in your demeanor
• Punctual, reliable, and meticulous

Merits

• Experience working in shopping centers or mall environments
• Training in fire safety or similar security areas
• Experience with alarm handling and technical security systems
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Knowledge of additional languages
