ABOUT THE CLIENT

My mobility impairment is not huge, but I still need support with most things in daily life. I also have very poor vision. Therefore, it is important that you have a good understanding of how I communicate so that I can make my own decisions and determine what my daily life looks like.

Sometimes we also go to the countryside, and you are welcome to come along.

In my free time, I try to fill my days with things I enjoy, including often hanging out at a youth center with other young people with mobility impairments. When we are there, I might need help making connections with friends or taking the initiative to come up with different activities.

I like music, both writing and playing, but also food (more eating than cooking).

ABOUT YOU

I am looking for a lively and proactive male assistant, and I would prefer that you work with me for a longer period as I want my assistants to know me well.

It is an advantage if you have:

• Previous experience with autism
• Experience using visual aids

ABOUT THE POSITION

Currently, there is an opportunity for full-time work and/or summer relief work with a higher percentage. We would like you to start your introduction in June before moving up to the higher percentage.

Working hours can be as follows, where you usually work day and evening shifts, although night shifts may occur if needed:

• 07:00-14:00
• 14:00-21:00
• 19:00-07:10 (5 hours on-call)
