What does the role offer?

In the role of Recruitment Consultant, you have a central position where you are responsible for our recruitment and staffing assignments. You are responsible for the entire recruitment and staffing process, matching the right talents with the right assignments, and working closely with our account managers. Your main tasks:

• Build and maintain customer relationships: Act as an advisory partner to our customers and ensure long-term collaborations within competence supply.
• Recruitment: Independently manage the entire recruitment process, advertising, selection, interviews, personality assessments, personality tests, and feedback for various roles in both the white-collar and blue-collar sectors.
• Staffing: Handle everything from advertising and selection to interviews and employment.
• Personnel responsibility: Coach and support consultants to create a motivating work environment.
• Customer relations: In this role, you are an important part of the collaboration with our customers, maintaining our customer relations through a professional and service-oriented approach during the recruitment or staffing processes.
