We are looking for our next star in support – do you enjoy working with people, fast-paced environments, and problem-solving?

We are growing and are now looking for a new colleague to join our support team! We are looking for you who thrives in customer contact, enjoys juggling multiple tasks at once, and can keep your cool even when the day doesn't go exactly according to plan.

No two days are the same here. One moment you are helping a customer with an order, and the next you are solving a special request or answering a series of follow-up questions. That is why we are looking for someone who is service-oriented, solution-focused, and enjoys a busy work environment.

We believe you have:

• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Good computer skills – you do not need to be an IT technician, but you feel comfortable with new systems
• A valid driver's license (Category B)
• The ability to work in a structured and organized manner, while remaining flexible when Plan A suddenly becomes Plan C

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience in support, customer service, sales, or marketing
• Experience handling multiple cases simultaneously without compromising the customer experience
• A natural problem-solving mindset – you prefer to see solutions before problems
