The facility is nicely situated in a residential area near Gävle Bridge. Six individuals from target group 1 reside at the facility. Our residents are active and enjoy participating in various activities.

As a support worker, you will work to provide a meaningful and predictable daily life with a high degree of structure for those living with us. We work goal-oriented based on the assignment plan, maintaining a professional and salutogenic approach while working within the organization's resources and budget.

We adapt our work based on each individual's conditions and needs, with the starting point being the individual's personal implementation plan. Our goal is for users to become as independent as possible, and we support them in using their own resources to develop and achieve a good quality of life. Our approach involves low-affective interaction and clear communication pedagogy.

You are relationship-building, calm, stable, and able to maintain a realistic perspective on situations that arise in daily work. You have good collaboration skills, relate to others in a listening manner, and enjoy working with others. You are an independent, humble, and responsible person who is passionate about care work and can identify individual needs.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

• Very good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Good computer skills, experience with documentation.
• Experience and knowledge of the LSS (Support and Service for Persons with Certain Disabilities) target group.
• Upper secondary education such as Child and Youth Program, Care and Nursing Program, or post-secondary education such as Support Pedagogy, Social Pedagogy, or higher education in a relevant field.

• Knowledge of support signs/sign language and low-affective interaction.

Employment Type: Permanent (or as agreed)
Hours: Full-time/Part-time (as agreed)
Working Hours: Rotating schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and sleeping on-call duties.
Start Date: According to agreement; we are positive towards candidates who can start soon.
Collective Agreement: We are bound by the collective agreements of Vårdföretagarna/Kommunal, Sector E.
