We are looking for someone who can start immediately!

We are currently seeking a personal assistant for a 65-year-old man with a muscle disease who lives in his own apartment. He uses a wheelchair and needs help with most aspects of his daily life. Since his disability is physical only, he values conversation, humor, and good cooperation in everyday life.

As a personal assistant, you will be a vital support in his daily life. Duties include, among other things, assistance with personal care, transfers, meals, household chores, and other practical tasks. Equally important is the ability to contribute to a safe, calm, and pleasant atmosphere where you together make daily life run smoothly.

It is very important to the client that you, as an applicant, are kind, reliable, and attentive. You must also have a strong understanding that the client himself is in charge in his home and daily life. He will guide you and explain how he wants different tasks performed to ensure he feels safe and comfortable. The foundation of the work is respect, clear communication, and good cooperation.

The client's primary goal is to create a safe and positive work environment where everyone thrives and enjoys each other's company. You will also become part of an assistant group with extensive experience in personal assistance. According to the client himself, this is the best group he has ever had – and now you have the opportunity to become a part of it.

The work is spread across all hours of the day. Night shifts involve on-call duty where you sleep at the client's home.
