About the RoleYou will step into a role where your contribution makes a clear difference in the daily lives of both employees and individuals with complex challenges. The organization aims to strengthen its approach to low-arousal management and provide approximately 130 employees with practical tools to prevent and manage problematic behaviors, incorporating elements of soft self-defense.
The training will be implemented in daily support to provide a common working method focused on structure, predictability, stress, recovery, and meaningfulness for clients and users. You will help shape the setup so that the training initiative functions effectively in the organization, where participants need to be divided into several groups. This is an interesting opportunity for you who want to combine education, facilitation, and change work in an assignment with concrete impact.
Responsibilities- You plan and conduct training in low-arousal management for several groups of employees.
- You adapt the setup and implementation so that the training fits into the daily operations of the organization.
- You train in the fundamentals of LAB (Low Arousal Approach), our view of the human being, the principle of responsibility, and the principle of control.
- You demonstrate how LAB can be applied in daily work through concrete tools and practical examples.
- You guide participants on how to handle, evaluate, and change working methods when dealing with challenging behaviors.
- You work with the affect regulation model and clarify how and when different interventions should be used.
- You integrate a focus on daily support for clients and users, emphasizing structure, predictability, stress, and recovery.
- You contribute materials and tools that support preventive work, such as templates for evaluation and action plans.
- An academic degree in organization or psychology with a focus on organizational development.
- At least 7 years of experience driving organizational development and change work based on a process-oriented, strength-based methodology, as well as facilitation.
- At least 7 years of experience in assignments aimed at supporting employees and managers in handling conflicts and/or dysfunctional work environments.
- You must be able to conduct training and communicate fluently in Swedish.
- Experience with assignments within the public sector.
- Own office premises.
