Your responsibilities

As a teacher, you contribute to developing the school's pedagogical activities. The work involves planning, implementing, evaluating, and developing teaching together with your work team and other colleagues, based on our governing documents and the organization's goals. The pedagogical responsibility teachers have for ensuring students reach their goals often requires ingenuity, creativity, and flexibility. You have high expectations for students and can motivate them to achieve good results in their schoolwork by clearly stating the goals and knowledge requirements. The work requires collaboration with other colleagues at the school in a spirit of equality. The role of teacher requires a good ability to analyze the child's needs and the ability to use methodology well adapted to the individual student and the group.

You will work as a mentor in year 3.

Your qualifications

Teaching certification with eligibility to teach at the lower primary level.

If offered employment within the Child and Youth Administration, you are required to present a certificate of no criminal record from the Police's criminal record register for work in schools/preschools. The certificate is free of charge and takes approximately 2-3 weeks for the police to process. Therefore, please order it in good time!
