Personal Assistants for a 67-year-old man in Norsborg

We are currently looking for several individuals who wish to take on the role of personal assistant for a 67-year-old man living in Norsborg. Our client has a congenital cerebral palsy (CP) and needs help with all common physical needs in daily life, but it is of utmost importance to him that he gets to do everything he can manage himself. Intellectual engagement is a key part of our client's life, so it is important that you are someone who can both hold a conversation and listen. It is an advantage if you have broad interests. Our client's main interests are film, technology, and stamps. He also loves going on very long walks and other adventures.

Experience working with people with CP is a plus, but not a requirement. You should be a person who is confident in yourself and can contribute stability and security to the client, but above all, you should be someone who can bring warmth and joy to our client. It is important that you understand that the client's well-being is not static and that there will be both good and bad days. You should have an understanding of when to be present and when it is appropriate to step back.

We are now looking for you who want to work in a meaningful job long-term, are responsible, and sensitive to another person's needs. To apply for the position, you must be over 18 years old, be able to provide a certificate from the Swedish Police Authority (extract from the criminal record register), and provide two recent references. You must be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. At the client's request, we are only seeking female employees. No prior experience is required; we are looking for the "right" person!

We are looking for staff who can work days/evenings/nights/weekends with immediate start.
