We operate throughout Sweden with our headquarters in Uppsala and local offices in Gävle, Stockholm, Gothenburg, Helsingborg, Jönköping, and Växjö.
We are now looking for a reliable assistant for a cheerful and positive wheelchair user in her 60s. The schedule is approximately 40%.
Working hours are day/evening: 08:00–20:00, weekdays and weekends. There is also an opportunity to pick up extra shifts if needed to increase working hours.
She needs help with personal care, cooking, cleaning, dressing, hair styling, etc.
Her interests include shopping, interior design, crafts, and spending time with family and friends.
The ideal candidate for this position should have:
- A positive attitude and a twinkle in the eye.
- Be attentive and proactive in noticing what needs to be done.
- A valid driver's license and access to a car, as she lives some distance from the bus stop (approx. 5 km).
- Not be allergic to fur-bearing animals, as there are cats in the home.
- Be a calm and secure person with self-drive.
- Have a strong ability to empathize and put yourself in someone else's situation and perspective.
Experience in healthcare is an asset, but not a requirement. The most important factor is that the chemistry between you and our client is right.
