Personal Assistants for a 16-year-old girl living in Bromma

We are now looking for a personal assistant for an active 16-year-old girl who lives with her wonderful family in Bromma. As an assistant, you help create a safe and pleasant everyday life based on existing conditions. You are an active support in activities, play, and communication. You help her with all care, transfers, and meals. For our customer to be happy with you, you need to be a positive, warm, calm, secure, and responsive person with great patience. You are proactive, have an easy time reading situations, and can work independently. Furthermore, we appreciate that you are creative and enjoy coming up with new ideas. Since our customer is very active, it is of utmost importance that you have no physical limitations or restrictions.

We are now looking for you who want to work in something meaningful in the long term, are responsible, and sensitive to another person's needs. To apply for the position, you must be at least 18 years old, be able to provide a certificate of good conduct, and provide two recent references. At the customer's request, we are only hiring female employees. Since the family has a dog, you must not be allergic.

Scope of the position:

The position starts in early August and has a scope of approximately 80%. The working hours vary. You work morning shifts 4–5 times a week (07:00–09:00), evening shifts (16:00–21:00), and weekends with varying times. During daytime, you work 09:00–14:30 and during evening hours 14:30–21:00. During holidays, the position is expanded. Flexibility is appreciated as there may be a need for substitutes.
