About me

Hi! I am a 16-year-old girl living in Nacka, and I am now looking for a new personal assistant who wants to become an important part of my team. I am social, active, and enjoy most things that others my age find fun, such as hanging out with friends, making TikToks, putting on makeup, swimming, playing games, taking walks, and coming up with spontaneous activities. To be able to do all this, I need someone who supports me in my daily life and joins me in the things I want to do.

Your role with me

When you are working, you are my closest person and stay by my side throughout the entire shift. You help me when I need it, for example with transfers, keeping track of my assistive devices, or interpreting what I say. It is important that you are confident in taking initiative but also attentive to when I need support.

I am very active, so it is good if you have a stable core strength and enjoy being active. It means a lot to me that we get along, laugh together, and have a good feeling in our collaboration. I preferably seek a woman who is approximately 20-30 years old. If you have worked as a personal assistant before, that is great, but absolutely not a requirement.

Staffing responsibilities

The position includes a compensated staffing responsibility. This means that during certain weeks, you need to be reachable even outside regular working hours to arrange for a substitute or step in yourself if needed. The staffing responsibility is rotated among us who work according to the schedule.

The position

The position is a day shift with 12-hour shifts up to 75%, plus staffing responsibility of approximately one week per month. If you want to work more, there is an opportunity to take extra shifts up to full-time.
