About the role

We are looking for a trainee who, over six months, wants to get a unique insight into real estate and housing development from a business perspective. The role involves significant personal responsibility and a task-driven work approach. We value that you drive the work forward yourself and find solutions on how tasks are best carried out.

You will work closely with the CEO and Business Manager and be involved in, among other things:

• Analysis of the market and growth opportunities
• Identification and evaluation of new projects
• Creation of decision-making materials and presentations
• Research, calculations, and environmental analysis
• Meetings with landowners, municipalities, and partners

This is a role for you who want to understand the whole picture behind successful housing development - from idea and analysis to relationships and business.

About you

We are looking for you who have recently completed your university education in, for example, commerce, economics, industry, real estate, or urban planning. But above all, we are looking for you with the right personality. You don't need to know everything from the start - but you need to want to learn a lot!

You have very good knowledge of Swedish and the ability to express yourself well in writing. You have high digital competence and are curious about new technology and AI. If you also have experience using AI tools for sorting and analyzing data, it is a merit.

Good to know

The employment is fixed-term for six months, starting in mid-August or as agreed. The position is located at our office in central Knivsta, close to transportation. During the traineeship, you are offered a fixed monthly salary of 20,000 SEK before tax.
