About the Role
We are looking for a Project and Operations Coordinator for the Swedish Ethical Review Authority in Uppsala. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing various initiatives within an organization undergoing change. The assignment places a special focus on coordinating relocation-related activities, with responsibility for structure, progress, and execution in close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.

The role includes, among other things:

• Leading relocations in two locations (within central Lund and central Uppsala)
• Setting up new workstations for newly hired staff in Uppsala
• Procuring supplies for the offices
• Acting as a contact person and defining requirements for suppliers, both for ongoing operations and in business development projects (e.g., landlords, cleaning services, IT, State Service Center, communication agencies)
• Developing certain steering documents and routines
• Arranging meetings and taking minutes
• Assisting the management team and leadership group with coordination and documentation
• Administrative tasks related to the above
• Arranging approximately 6 conferences, both digital and in-person, including travel within Sweden

Assignment Period and Scope
The position of Project and Operations Coordinator is a full-time consultancy assignment with a desired start date of 2026-08-10, expected to last approximately six (6) months.

The work is primarily based at the Authority's premises, with the possibility of remote work up to one day per week depending on operational needs.

Requirements for the Role:

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• At least three (3) years of work experience as a project manager or in similar roles
• Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent software
• Experience working according to common project models such as PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, or Prince 2
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
