We are looking for a Staffing Coordinator for NIMA 85H. We are seeking someone who is passionate about new challenges and wants to help develop our department! Join us at NIMA and become part of our wonderful team!

Our Operations

At NIMA, the Neurosurgical Intermediate Care Unit, we treat neurosurgical and neurological patients who require intermediate or postoperative care. Our acute intake consists mainly of intermediate care patients who are too ill for a regular ward but do not require full-scale intensive care. Our postoperative patients are usually part of a planned process and stay with us for a shorter period post-surgery.

The patients are distributed across three wards: one ward is open Monday to Friday around the clock, and two wards are staffed around the clock seven days a week.

Our core competence is advanced monitoring of the body's vital parameters to create the best possible conditions for the brain and to reduce the risk of complications. Approximately 70 people work here, with our staff consisting of experienced nurses and nursing assistants as well as newly graduated professionals.

Your Role

As a Staffing Coordinator, you play a central role in the operations and collaborate closely with managers and healthcare staff on the unit. Your main tasks include:

  • Registration and administration in personnel administrative systems
  • Daily staffing planning based on operational needs
  • Schedule planning and rostering

You will also collaborate closely with other staffing coordinators within the business area.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for someone with strong computer and organizational skills. As a person, you are service-oriented, empathetic, and have excellent communication skills. You must be able to work independently, be flexible, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

You must have excellent proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Experience in similar roles and training in personnel administrative systems such as Heroma and Medinet is considered a merit.

Personal suitability will be given great weight.

What We Offer

We offer a temporary position of approximately one year, with a 100% workload. Working hours are during the day, Monday to Friday. Start date is as soon as possible, subject to agreement.
