About the role
We are currently looking for a floating receptionist/exchange operator who will primarily be hired out to government agencies. In this role, you will be a key resource in strengthening both the reception and switchboard functions during, for example, sick leave or other staffing needs. You will contribute to creating a welcoming and professional reception for both visitors and internal contacts at the agency.

The position as receptionist/exchange operator is a floating assignment based on need, which means the working hours may vary. Therefore, this role is ideal for you who, for example, are studying or have another main occupation alongside.

Typical responsibilities:

• Staff the reception and provide service to visitors
• Handle incoming calls via the switchboard
• Collaborate with other colleagues in administration and customer service

Requirements for the position:

• Upper secondary education or equivalent
• At least six (6) months of work experience as a receptionist and/or exchange operator
• Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
• Experience using telephone exchanges and routing systems
• Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
