We are now looking for an engaged recruiter for our support function for recruiting employees within healthcare and social care. Here you will have the opportunity to help develop a modern and efficient recruitment process that meets the needs of managers and operations. You will become part of a dynamic and engaged work group that enjoys taking on new challenges and opportunities.
Description of duties
As a recruiter, you will support managers in recruiting employees to the healthcare and social care administration in all or parts of the recruitment process. This means you will work in an advisory capacity based on competency-based recruitment, with a focus on quality and safety. The work also includes contributing to the development and improvement of processes and creating a good candidate experience. As we are a relatively new unit, you will have the opportunity to help design, develop, and improve working methods.
We are looking for you who have
- Experience working with the entire process in competency-based recruitment.
- Experience working digitally and in ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Experience working in an advisory capacity.
- A university degree in HR, personnel, or similar, or alternatively, longer professional experience in the field.
As a person, you are engaged and take responsibility for your tasks, structuring your work yourself. You have a good ability to independently drive your processes forward. You easily embrace and see opportunities in new ideas, methods, and working methods. You also enjoy driving and implementing change.
Furthermore, you are attentive, observant, and accommodating in your interactions. You have the interest, willingness, and ability to help others and strive to deliver solutions. At the same time, you enjoy working with others and relate to them in a listening and smooth manner.

Salary: Monthly salary.
