Do you want to spread the joy of movement, love adventure, and are looking for a meaningful summer job? En Frisk Generation aims to prevent ill health, promote more equal health, and contribute to social inclusion in the local area. We work based on four themes; food, exercise, sports, and adventure, offering families with children an active leisure time and tools for healthy habits. This summer, we will hold open outdoor activities for children in Körfältet and are now looking for several group leaders for these activities.

Role: Group Leader
Location: Rosengård
When: approx. 3-4 hours/week (Tuesdays + Saturdays) as well as Wednesdays 12:00-15:00 during weeks 26, 27, 28
Start: Immediately

As a group leader, you are responsible for conducting and planning physical outdoor activities in Rosengård, focusing on children aged 6-12 years with their families. Through the joy of movement and community, you contribute to meaningful leisure time in the local area. During the summer, activities will be offered on Wednesdays 12:00-15:00 during weeks 26, 27, 28, as well as 2 hours per week during one weekday evening and one weekend day. We would like you to have experience working with children and leading groups. If you speak languages other than Swedish, it is an advantage. We would prefer that you live close to the area.

We believe you are positive and engaging. You can see individuals' different needs and opportunities and are good at communicating and building connections with people from different backgrounds. You must be at least 16 years old. From us, you will receive training in En Frisk Generations' method and ongoing knowledge and inspiration regarding physical activity, mental health, and food. You will become part of the En Frisk Generation team with colleagues in several locations around Sweden.
