We work based on a clear and stated value base, and our main driving force is to create the best conditions for individualized personal assistance based on each person's unique needs. Särnmark currently has over 3,500 employees, and our customers and employees are located throughout Sweden. Särnmark's headquarters are in Sundbyberg, but we also have offices in other parts of Sweden.

About the job as a personal assistant:

I am a fun-loving and active 16-year-old who needs more assistants for my assistant group. I have the diagnosis Fragile X, am active, and have a lot of energy. My interests include balls, sports, walks, animals, music, movies, reading, swimming in my pool, and at the swimming hall. A large part of my free time is spent outdoors together. I have a separate house on the property where I and my assistants can be when we do not want to be with my family.

I like people who are happy and active and who focus on me when we work together. I need structure and routines to function at my best. I do not speak directly but understand what others say. Sometimes I have difficulty understanding and making good decisions, so it is good if you, as an assistant, can interpret me and stay one step ahead. I can sometimes be a bit outgoing when I feel that others do not understand me. For me, it is important to have people who are sensitive, planning-oriented, and flexible in their approach.

I am primarily looking for guys between 20–30 years old, preferably with experience of Autism or NPF (Neurodevelopmental Disorders). It is an advantage if you have experience working as a personal assistant and using low-arousal approaches.

Working hours:

Weekday shifts are scheduled from 15:30–08:00 with waiting time 23:00–06:00.

On weekends, you work 08:00–16:30 and 16:30–08:00.

I go to school on weekdays between 08:00–15:30. I do not have assistance during school hours.

Assistants must not have fur allergies or be afraid of dogs.
