Lindbackaskolan has approximately 440 students in grades 7-9 and about 70 staff members divided into 8 teams, each with a team leader. The operations also include teaching for students in need of special support. At Nova, the students, their well-being, and development are at the center. We have a holistic approach to each student, where clear structure, student participation, and a desire to learn are central to helping students develop as far as possible based on their prerequisites.

Here, you will meet colleagues who are accustomed to discussing pedagogical issues and challenges, who believe in collegial learning, and are familiar with digital teaching.

The student health team is there to support you. You are expected to be a co-creator in the school's development to meet today's, as well as tomorrow's, needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

To thrive with us, you need to have your own drive, be receptive, and be able to adapt quickly as the needs of the student group may change during a school day. You must also be able to collaborate well with both colleagues and students as well as guardians.

To be considered for the position, you must:

  • have experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism or other neuropsychiatric functional variations.

Experience working in a school setting is a merit.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Upon employment, you are required to present an extract from your criminal record.

Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
