The facility consists of a 25-meter pool with diving towers, an instructional pool, and a smaller play landscape.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As an employee with us, you will work in the swimming pool operations by leading groups in areas such as baby swimming, swimming school, adult swimming school, and school activities, or other wellness activities.

You will also work at the reception handling cash management.

Lifeguarding, operation, and maintenance of the facility are also major parts of your duties.

Work on weekends and evenings occurs.

QUALIFICATIONS

You are trained as a swimming pool manager or lifeguard supervisor and have completed swimming teacher training or have other training assessed as equivalent and suitable for the position.

It is an advantage if you have experience as an instructor in various water-based wellness activities.

Experience in pedagogy and swimming pool operations is an advantage.

During the summer, some of our teaching takes place outside the swimming pool at various bathing sites in the municipality. This means that a Category B driver's license is a requirement.

Requirement of a passed lifesaving test. Conducted on-site.

Personal qualities we value are a very good pedagogical ability, you are service-oriented, solution-oriented, and have a positive attitude. Helping others and finding constructive solutions comes naturally to you in your interaction with our guests.
