About the Role

As a Team Leader at Securitas, you will help create strong teams, where your engagement and your ability to lead with care and clarity make a real difference – both for your colleagues and our customers. You have a coordinating function and act as the link connecting the customer's contact persons with your own management and the colleagues around you.

We are currently looking for a Team Leader for the office in Linköping. Fundamentally, you work as a security guard, but your task is also to ensure that your team has the right conditions to carry out daily work in the best possible way.

In the role, you will among other things:

• Lead and plan the daily work for our stationary and roving assignments in a structured and inclusive manner
• Participate in staffing optimization
• Be the local link between customer and colleagues and ensure the right deployment based on the assignment
• Ensure that our policies are followed and that we together maintain high quality in our work

Requirements

Requirements

• You are trained as a security guard (minimum VU2)
• You are trained as a protective guard
• Professional experience from the security industry
• Approved grades in Swedish from the first year of high school
• Good knowledge of English
• Category B driver's license

Merits if you

• have worked with similar tasks previously
• have crowd control training (Ordningsvakt)
• have weapons training for the security industry
• Experience from our support systems (e.g., Tools, GSP)

For employment within Securitas Sverige AB, it is required that you have approved grades from the first year of high school in Swedish and are approved by the County Administrative Board for employment in an authorized security company according to the Act (1974:191) on Security Companies (the application is made by Securitas). Depending on the position, a security clearance according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may also become relevant. To investigate and assess whether you meet the requirements to be approved according to the respective legislation, a background check is conducted. The assessment concerns lawfulness, suitability, reliability, loyalty, and any vulnerabilities. Information collected may come from yourself, open sources, or authorities. We apply a holistic assessment when testing suitability for each position.

A Category B driver's license is also required for most roles.

Salary and employment conditions are based on collective agreements between the employer organization Säkerhetsföretagen and the Swedish Transport Workers' Union.
