You will play a central role in the development and assurance of internal IT systems. Your work will revolve around implementing and improving IT security measures, which involves close collaboration with several cross-functional teams. One of the main responsibilities is to ensure that the organization stays at the forefront of technological innovations and security standards. You will also handle technical interfaces to ensure that systems meet both the needs and requirements of various business areas.

Your daily tasks will include security testing, requirements analysis, and regulation interpretation. The work covers several global regulations such as NIST 800-171 Rev.2, NIS2, ISO standards, and other international security frameworks. You will also be responsible for following and implementing regulations such as ISO standards and GDPR, which is crucial for ensuring the organization's compliance. To succeed in this role, you need an interest in new technology and a willingness to constantly expand your knowledge.

The team works remotely at times, using virtual tools for collaboration. There are joint team days where physical presence on-site is required. There is an opportunity to work from different offices/hubs depending on geographical location.

• Security practices (e.g., OWASP)
• Regulations such as ISO27xxx, GDPR, SOC2, DORA
• Requirements specification and analysis
• IAM role- and policy-based permission systems
• Practical experience with security testing (e.g., MITM)
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and verbal
