Do you want to combine your technical expertise in fire protection with leadership and business development? We are now looking for a Service Manager in Fire for our assignment at Saab.

In this role, you will have a unique opportunity to build and develop your own team, while also being responsible for our fire service operations in Östergötland. You will become a key person in ensuring high quality in the delivery to one of Sweden's most technically advanced industrial environments. You will have the opportunity to lead, drive, and deliver the FM assignment in Linköping with units in Tannefors and Malmslätt, as well as Motala, against set goals regarding time, content, quality, and budget.

The role also includes:

• Handling daily management
• Planning and following up on service assignments and contracts
• Ensuring that projects are delivered in accordance with the customer's strategies, values, policies, and guidelines
• Building and developing a strong team of fire technicians
• Developing cooperation with the customer and identifying suggestions for improvements

Your background

• Experience with fire technical systems, such as fire alarms, sprinklers, or extinguishing systems
• Documented experience in team leadership
• Good ability to work in projects and also lead projects
• Experience from working with buildings with process operations
• Very good financial knowledge
• Thrives in a role where you get to build something from scratch and develop a team

The position requires that you undergo and are approved according to current security clearance regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail requirements for certain citizenship.
