You will step into a central role in a complex client project where the production aspect needs to be held together at an overarching level. Here, you drive planning, follow-up, and forward coordination, while simultaneously catching risks, handling deviations, and ensuring that the right questions are raised in the right forums. You work closely with several functions and contribute to both delivery and the development of working methods and standard routines. This is a role for you who likes to create structure, get many parts to work together, and influence how projects are carried out in practice.

• You plan the sub-project's activities and deliverables and keep the work together at an overarching level.
• You follow up on goals, results, and deliveries based on the project's framework and ensure that the work moves forward according to plan.
• You handle delegated budget responsibility and follow up on costs related to the sub-project.
• You delegate responsibility and authority within the project group and create clarity in the execution.
• You identify deviations in plan, cost, delivery, and goals, and escalate if necessary.
• You drive risk analysis and risk mitigation and ensure that lessons learned are implemented.
• You collaborate with other functions to gather the right data and knowledge for the project.
• You report progress, raise problem areas in relevant forums, and communicate status to affected stakeholders.
• You contribute to developing working methods, revising standard routines, and training colleagues within your area.
• You participate in issues related to export control and follow-up prior to delivery.

• Experience in leading or coordinating sub-projects in a production-oriented environment.
• Ability to plan activities, timelines, and deliverables at an overarching level.
• Experience in following up on budgets, handling deviations, and driving issues forward when needed.
• Experience with risk analysis and risk mitigation in projects.
• Ability to collaborate with several functions and report status, progress, and problem areas in project forums.
• Experience in working with improvements, standard routines, and knowledge sharing.
