Do you want to work in a dynamic environment where customer service, structure, and precision are in focus? We are now looking for a Broker Assistant for a smaller office with high ambitions and strong quality in business. Here you will have a central role in the operations and become an important part of the entire sales process.

In this role, you are responsible for the daily office flow and act as the hub between brokers, customers, and external parties. You ensure that every transaction is handled professionally from start to finish and that all administrative tasks are carried out correctly and on time.

You work closely with the brokers but independently drive large parts of the process once the transaction is underway – especially in the final phase leading up to the handover.

• Staff the office and be responsible for opening and closing
• Handle administration regarding real estate transactions
• Take over the process after contract signing and coordinate the case further
• Be responsible for contact with housing associations, property managers, and banks
• Handle handovers, customer meetings, and key distribution
• Work in systems for bank and handover management
• Archive completed transactions
• Be responsible for orders, materials, and office equipment
• Ensure the office maintains a high service level and a pleasant environment

We are looking for you who are structured, responsible, and thrive in a role where you get to combine administration with customer contact. You understand that you work close to important transactions where quality and precision are crucial.

We would prefer that you have worked as a broker assistant previously, but it is not a requirement.

You should also have:

• Experience from a service or administrative role is meritorious
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel and keep order in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills and a professional manner
• A humble approach – you roll up your sleeves where needed
