Vacancy: Social Pedagogue / Treatment Assistant for Support Housing in Social Psychiatry and Addiction – Slagsta & Vinsta/Vällingby

iBehandling24-7 AB is looking for dedicated substitutes for our support housing units in Slagsta and Vinsta/Vällingby. We serve adults within social psychiatry or with addiction disorders, providing individually tailored support.

About the Role

As a substitute, you will work in close collaboration with our residents and colleagues. You will contribute structure, safety, and guidance in daily life, supporting each individual on their path toward greater independence. The position also includes overnight on-call duties according to a schedule.

Your responsibilities include:

• Daily support according to implementation plans
• Motivational and counseling conversations, as well as recovery-oriented work
• Documentation and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Responsibility for the housing environment and daily structure
• Participation in joint activities

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience working in social psychiatry and addiction disorders
• Education as a social pedagogue, treatment assistant, assistant nurse, or equivalent
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Flexibility, empathy, and a professional attitude
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Meritorious qualifications:

• Knowledge of MI (Motivational Interviewing), ESL (Engaging Strengths and Learning), and recovery-oriented methods
• Experience with LVM (Care of Abusers), SoL (Social Services Act), or HSL (Health and Medical Services Act) interventions

About the Employment:

• Employment type: Hourly contract as needed
• Location: Support housing primarily in Slagsta, alternatively Vinsta/Vällingby
• Working hours: Day, evening, and overnight on-call
