We are currently looking for several new dedicated assistants for a client in Västerås. The positions are available from October 1, 2026. Working hours are scheduled around the clock, seven days a week, with on-call duties. 24-hour shifts may also be required.

The client is a 28-year-old wheelchair user with a strong interest in computers and technology. He also enjoys baking, cooking, and occasionally going to the cinema.

Clear communication is essential, so good Swedish language skills are a requirement.

You will be part of a team of dedicated and positive assistants working towards common goals for the client's continued development. You will work according to clearly defined routines and implementation plans for all aspects of daily life.

The ideal candidate is mature in handling various situations, both demanding and less demanding.

Patience, humor, understanding, and the ability to take initiative are very important to the client.

As a personal assistant, you must be self-assured, sensitive, flexible, proactive, and have a genuine interest in your work.

The work is based on respect for the individual's self-determination and integrity.

Experience as a personal assistant is advantageous, but personal suitability is given the greatest weight.
