We are looking for you who want to work for a 30-year-old male client with autism who lives with his parents in Tumba.

As part of Novum Assistans, you are involved as an employee through regular workplace meetings where the development of assignments takes place. Who are you as an applicant? We are looking for you with personal suitability for the assignment. For us, this means that you are responsible, empathetic, and responsive. It is important that you are punctual and can adhere to schedules, but also flexible to sometimes step in to cover gaps in staffing. We see that you are a confident person and enjoy taking initiative, both independently and in collaboration with others in a group.

It is also desirable that you have good physical fitness, are cheerful, and positive. The personal chemistry and interaction between you as an assistant and the client are crucial for the quality and experience of the work. Communication between you, the client, and the relatives is an important prerequisite - therefore, we are looking for an assistant who speaks and understands both Arabic and Swedish for this assignment.

You will receive training and introduction to the medical tasks and continuous competence development based on the needs of the assignment.

About the employment The employment is based on hours and as needed. Working hours vary, and you are expected to be able to work primarily in the evenings and on weekends.

We offer a fixed hourly wage according to agreement. Other compensations according to the collective agreement.

The selection process takes place continuously, and more information about the assignment can be obtained during a possible interview. Commencement of work is according to agreement. For employment with Novum Assistans, you must have a BankID and agree to use your BankID in the service.
