We are now looking for an engaged and pedagogical teacher for a temporary position in grades F–6 at Bettna School.

HERE ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you are responsible for planning, implementing, following up on, and developing teaching in an age-integrated class for grades F–6. You work based on the students' different needs and prerequisites to create a safe, inclusive, and developmental learning environment where every student is given the opportunity to reach their full potential. The assignment includes homeroom teacher duties and mentorship, as well as collaboration with guardians and colleagues. You will also become an important part of the school's safety work by contributing to well-being, study environment, and safety-promoting activities together with other staff. Since we are a smaller school unit, close collaboration, flexibility, and shared responsibility are important parts of the daily work.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE:

• Teacher with qualifications to teach in grades F–6.
• Good computer skills.
• Good ability to work systematically with planning, implementation, and follow-up of teaching.

WE VALUE THE FOLLOWING HIGHLY:

• Previous experience working in age-integrated classes.
• Competence or experience in reading and writing acquisition.

The operations here are characterized by closeness in both relationships and decision-making paths, where close collaboration is a natural and important part of everyday life.
