Särnmark currently has over 3,500 employees, and our customers and staff are located throughout Sweden. Särnmark's headquarters are in Sundbyberg, but we also have offices in other parts of the country.
We are now seeking personal assistants for a customer living in Helsingborg.
About the role of Personal Assistant
As a personal assistant, you work closely with a person with a disability in their daily life. You assist and support the person both in everyday life and during leisure time. Your workplace is wherever the customer is located, and your overall task is to assist the customer so that they have the conditions to live the life they desire.
Responsibilities
Your tasks depend on the customer's needs and lifestyle. They can range from personal hygiene, assistance with mobility, household chores, and cooking, to assisting the customer at work or during activities outside the home.
We are looking for someone who:
We are looking for someone who is responsible, attentive, and quick to learn new tasks. At Särnmark, you will always receive an introduction at the customer's home as well as access to training regarding the role of a personal assistant.
It is an advantage if you have experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum.
About the employment
The employment is for a fixed term, lasting as long as the assistance assignment lasts, and the wage form is hourly pay. Working hours vary according to the customer's needs: days, evenings, nights (on-call/waiting time), weekdays, and weekends.
Salary and other terms of employment are according to the collective agreement for Personal Assistance, signed between Vårdföretagarna and Kommunal.
