We are now looking for a recreation pedagogue for Marieborgsskolan.

Your Responsibilities

You will work within the activity and be responsible for planning the pedagogical work at the after-school center. As a recreation pedagogue, you meet children during their free time and support their development and learning, which is also linked to learning in school. A learning process throughout the child's entire day. The role includes planning, follow-up, and documentation of the work. An important task is to create inspiring and challenging learning environments for each individual student during their stay at the after-school center.

Together with your colleagues, you share responsibility for the content and work to promote every child's development and learning. Your responsibility includes building good relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a teacher in after-school care or have a degree in recreation pedagogy. We would prefer that you have qualifications in sports.

To succeed and thrive with us, you need to have good collaboration skills, be receptive, and easily able to put yourself in other people's perspectives. You need to be secure in yourself, stable, and have good self-awareness.

It is also important that you are flexible and can easily adapt to changed circumstances in the activity. You have a good understanding of how children absorb knowledge and about different prerequisites for learning. You easily take initiative and start activities in the activity.
