Malmaskolan in Malmköping is now looking for two dedicated teachers in Spanish and German respectively for positions of approximately 50% each. For those wishing to work full-time, there are good opportunities to do so, preferably through additional qualifications or by combining the position with work at another school within the municipality.

HERE ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As a teacher of modern languages (Spanish and German) for grades 6–9, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on teaching. You create varied and stimulating teaching that sparks students' interest in languages and contributes to their linguistic development. The role includes adapting teaching to students' different needs and prerequisites, as well as continuously evaluating and developing your teaching.

You work closely with colleagues in the work team and subject group, contributing to a safe and structured learning environment where study atmosphere and relationships are important parts of daily life. The role also includes mentorship, where you have regular contact with guardians. You participate in the school's joint development and value-based work. Together with other school staff, you actively participate in the school's development work and are part of networks where you collaborate to strengthen equity in teaching and assessment.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE:

• You are a certified teacher with eligibility to teach German or Spanish.
• You have good computer skills.
• You have good ability to work systematically with planning, implementation, and follow-up of teaching.

WE VALUE THE FOLLOWING HIGHLY:

• Previous experience teaching grades 6-9.
• Eligibility to teach subjects other than German or Spanish.

Malmaskolan is located in the charming small town of Malmköping, a historic settlement located approximately 15 kilometers northeast of Flen. With its approximately 400 students and Bettna School with approximately 65 students, they form a joint principal's area where collaboration and trusting relationships form the foundation of the operations. Here, the large principal's area's broad network and development opportunities are combined with the small school's proximity and short decision-making paths.

• Scope: Permanent, part-time in Spanish and German respectively at approx. 50% each. Full-time may be offered with a suitable subject combination or alternatively a flexible position at another school.
