Särnmark currently has over 3,500 employees, with customers and staff located throughout Sweden. Our headquarters are in Sundbyberg, but we also have offices in other parts of the country.

We are now looking for personal assistants for a customer living in Helsingborg.

About the job as a Personal Assistant

As a personal assistant, you work closely with a person with a disability in their daily life. You assist and support the person both in their everyday life and during leisure time. Your workplace is wherever the customer is, and your main task is to assist the customer so that they have the prerequisites to live the life they desire.

Responsibilities

Your tasks depend on the customer's needs and lifestyle. They can range from personal hygiene, assistance with mobility, housekeeping, and cooking, to assisting the customer at work or during activities outside the home.

We are looking for someone who is responsible, sensitive, and quick to learn new tasks. At Särnmark, you will always receive an introduction at the customer's home as well as access to training regarding the role of a personal assistant.

A benefit for this position is if you have experience working with individuals within the autism spectrum.

About the employment

The employment is for a fixed term as long as the assistance assignment lasts, and the wage form is hourly pay. Working hours vary depending on the customer's needs: day, evening, night (on-call/waiting time), weekdays, and weekends.

Salary and other terms of employment are according to the collective agreement for Personal Assistance, Vårdföretagarna – Kommunal.
