Solåkrabyn is a non-profit association that provides social therapeutic LSS (Support and Service for Persons with Functional Impairments) activities for adults in Järna, Mölnbo, and on Selaön in Stallarholmen.

It is also important that you take responsibility for your tasks and are not afraid to ask questions when needed.

Qualifications: You need to have education in care and nursing, equivalent education, or relevant experience from the care and nursing sector. You must be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, as the work involves extensive documentation and communication. Computer skills and a valid driver's license (Category B) are required.

Experience with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) and experience working with people with disabilities are considered meritorious.

The tasks consist of supporting, motivating, and stimulating the residents' own ability to perform daily activities, as well as creating conditions for a meaningful life. Written documentation is part of the job and is performed daily.

Working hours: Scheduled shifts, evenings, weekends, and on-call duty with overnight stays.
