About the Role

We are now looking for a Sales Administrator for our Power business area in Älmhult. Here, you have the chance to become a central part of the sales and delivery process. In this role, you will have many contact points, both internally and externally, and will work both administratively and with documentation in our business systems. You play a key role in creating structure and quality in daily work, while contributing to an efficient business flow. Additionally, you will serve as a support to salespeople, project managers, and others at W5 Solutions.

Your main responsibilities will include, among other things:

• Responsible for order management: receiving, registering, and following up on customer orders in the business system.
• Customer contact via phone and email: handling quotation requests, order status updates, and delivery follow-ups.
• Supporting the sales team with administration and documentation.
• Planning and coordinating deliveries in collaboration with Supply Chain.
• Invoicing and checking supporting documents.
• Ensuring correct product information and prices in the system.
• Following up on business and building long-term relationships with customers.
• Handling customs issues in cooperation with the logistics department.

Who We Are Looking For

To succeed in this role, we would like you to have:

• Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or order management.
• Understanding of technical products, preferably in areas such as training, simulation, electricity/power, defense, installation, or industry.
• Experience with business or order systems.
• Good knowledge of the Office package.
• Fluent Swedish skills in both speech and writing, as well as good English skills in both speech and writing.

Merits:

• Technical understanding of power systems, electricity distribution, simulators, and similar.
• Experience working in Monitor ERP and/or Microsoft Dynamics Sales CRM.
• Experience in project management.
• Knowledge of German and/or French, in speech and writing.
• Experience working within or in collaboration with the Swedish Armed Forces.
