We are looking for you who want to work as a Planner within Specialized Housing in the Elderly Care Administration. This is a role where you contribute to creating a balance between a good working environment, satisfied users, and a well-planned operation.

About the Role
As a Planner, you are a central part of the operation and are responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring staffing and interventions in our specialized housing units.
You work closely with the unit manager and colleagues to ensure that each user receives their approved interventions from the right person at the right time.
Your Main Responsibilities:
- Plan, optimize, and monitor staffing and schedules during both planned and acute absences.
- Handle temporary staff appointments and coordinate staffing between units.
- Work in our operational systems (including Heroma, Life Care, Phoniro, Appva, Proceedo), register, update, and compile statistics.
- Ensure that users' interventions are planned and executed according to decisions, and that staff have access to the correct information.
- Together with the unit manager, plan and introduce students, interns, new employees, and holiday substitutes.
- Perform certain administrative tasks closely related to the main role, such as information management and planning of training initiatives.
- Participate in the operation as needed to maintain a good understanding of its mission and needs.
We Are Looking For Someone Who
- Has experience in staffing planning, scheduling, or administrative work within healthcare and social care.
- Is comfortable with systems and enjoys working structuredly with several digital tools.
- Has the ability to see the big picture, prioritize, and find solutions even during rapid changes.
- Is communicative, team-oriented, and has a genuine commitment to the mission of elderly care.
Qualifications
- Completed upper secondary education with a focus on, for example, social sciences, healthcare and social care, economics, or equivalent.
- Several years of experience (at least three years) in tasks that the employer deems relevant for the assignment, such as similar administrative or coordinating tasks.
- Experience in scheduling.
- Ability to see the holistic perspective.
- Ability to plan and organize daily work.
- Knowledge of Karlskrona Municipality's operational systems and the Office package.
Merits: Experience working within healthcare and social care, and a valid driver's license (Category B).

Employment Terms and Conditions
Employment Type: Permanent position.
Duration: Permanent.
