Sydställningar i Sölvesborg AB is now looking for an engaged and meticulous administrator for our office in Sölvesborg. Here, you will become a vital part of the operations, working closely with project managers, fitters, and customers in an industry where safety, quality, and team spirit are central to everyday life.

About the role

As an administrator here, you will have a broad and varied position where you are responsible for supporting daily operations through administrative and coordinating tasks. The role involves many contact points both internally and externally, which requires good communication skills, structure, and a solution-oriented approach.

You will work closely with our project managers and fitters to ensure that administrative processes run efficiently and smoothly.

Main responsibilities

  • Handling of orders, quotations, and administrative documentation
  • Invoicing and contact with the finance department
  • Administrative support to project management and production
  • Customer and supplier contact via phone and email
  • Planning and coordination of deliveries and information
  • Documentation, registration, and archiving
  • Updating customer registers and internal systems
  • Participate in the development and improvement of administrative routines

Your profile

We are looking for you who are responsible, structured, and thrive in a role with varied tasks. You have a professional attitude, work meticulously, and find it easy to collaborate with different people within the business. You enjoy creating order and structure and have the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, even at a fast pace.

Qualifications

  • Experience in administrative work
  • Good computer skills and experience with the Office package
  • Experience with business or financial systems is an advantage
  • Good ability to express yourself in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
  • Experience from the construction, industrial, or contracting industry is an advantage
  • Category B driver's license is an advantage
