You will step into a role where AI is to move from limited use to becoming a concrete support in a complex regional operation. The focus is on understanding how administrative functions, GIS, and data analysis can benefit more from AI, while information security, data protection, and internal regulations need to be considered from the start.

You will conduct a feasibility study that will result in a clear decision-making basis: what needs exist, what conditions and risks are involved, and which AI solutions are most relevant in the short and long term. You will work closely with the business to translate needs into recommendations that can be implemented in practice. This is an interesting opportunity for you who want to combine AI, business development, and strategic analysis in a role with clear impact.

• You plan and conduct a needs assessment focusing on administrative functions related to regional development.
• You use methods such as interviews, surveys, and workshops to identify how employees want to use AI to streamline their work.
• You analyze the prerequisites for implementing AI solutions based on information security, data protection, internal regulations, policy, and relevant legislation.
• You propose and prioritize suitable AI solutions and use cases based on cost and benefit, feasibility, and risk.
• You develop a framework for how benefits, efficiency gains, and risk management can be monitored over time.
• You propose how lessons learned and knowledge from the feasibility study can be disseminated throughout the organization through, for example, internal forums, documentation, or training initiatives.

• You have documented experience in process management and business development related to the implementation of digital solutions to streamline operations.
• You have documented experience in data protection and can account for internal regulations, Swedish legislation, and relevant best practices in connection with recommended solutions.
• You have documented experience in conducting needs assessments through, for example, workshops, surveys, interviews, or similar methods to identify and prioritize business needs related to digitalization.
• You express yourself fluently in Swedish.

• You have experience conducting AI feasibility studies, AI pilots, or implementing AI solutions, preferably within public sector operations.
• You have experience evaluating solutions based on business value, risks, or goal achievement.
• You have experience developing frameworks for knowledge dissemination or internal anchoring in connection with digital development.
