For our educational activities in Olofström, we are now looking for an Education Coordinator.

Job Description

The Education Coordinator is responsible for contacting and establishing long-term collaborations with local companies regarding competence issues and workplace-based education. The duties include recruiting course participants for Montico's vocational training and, in collaboration with vocational teachers, planning their education so that participants possess the demanded skills upon completion. As an Education Coordinator, you are also the customer contact and plan the education in consultation with our clients: the Swedish Public Employment Service (Arbetsförmedlingen) and the municipal Adult Education department in the region. The position also includes student administration and continuous environmental scanning.

We are looking for you who

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, communicative, and skilled at building good relationships. To thrive in this role, it is important that you are accustomed to taking initiative and driving and structuring tasks based on priorities. You are curious and interested in staying constantly updated on developments within your field of expertise. It is an advantage if you have good knowledge of the local labor market and previous experience working within adult education. A valid B-driver's license is required, as is fluent Swedish in both speech and writing.
