HR Business Partner / HR Coordinator for assignment in Karlskrona

Do you want to work in a strategic HR role where you can combine business-oriented advisory services with operational support? At Jefferson Wells, we are now looking for an HR Business Partner or HR Coordinator for an exciting consulting assignment with one of our clients.

About the role

In the role of HRBP, you will become a key partner to the business, working closely with both Swedish and international leaders. You are responsible for translating business strategies into concrete HR initiatives that strengthen organizational performance, develop competencies, and contribute to a strong corporate culture.

You work broadly within the HR field - from labor law and industrial relations to talent management and organizational development - and support managers in creating high performance and engagement.

Your main responsibilities

• Act as a strategic and operational HR partner to managers
• Ensure compliance with Swedish labor law and collective agreements
• Drive and support processes within performance, compensation, engagement, and talent management
• Work with working environment, rehabilitation, and employee relations
• Participate in and lead collective bargaining negotiations (MBL)
• Support recruitment and workforce planning
• Analyze HR data and provide insights to the business
• Implement global HR initiatives locally
• Conduct workshops and training on leadership and HR

Your profile

We are looking for someone with HR experience who thrives in a role that involves both strategic and operational work. You are confident in labor law matters and accustomed to collaborating with various stakeholders.

You have:

• Experience in broad HR work, preferably in an HRBP role
• Good knowledge of Swedish labor law and industrial collaboration
• Ability to work in a business-oriented and consultative manner
• Strong communication skills and experience coaching managers
• Experience in change management is an advantage

Assignment details

• Location: Karlskrona (at least 3 days/week on-site, more is preferred)
• Start: Immediately
• Scope: 100%
• Duration: 6 months, with the possibility of extension or permanent hire
