We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who wants to take on a strategic and operational key role in an international organization. The position is full-time, based in Karlskrona (minimum 3 days/week on-site), and runs until November 30, 2026, with the possibility of extension or permanent employment. As an HRBP, you will act as a senior strategic partner to managers in the Swedish organization and the international business line. You will translate global and local business strategies into concrete HR initiatives that strengthen the organization's performance, competence, and culture.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will support and coach managers on all HR matters, including performance, development, conflicts, and employee relations, and lead collective bargaining negotiations and consultations with trade unions.

You will drive strategic workforce planning and talent management, as well as coordinate annual HR processes such as salary reviews, employee appraisals, and engagement follow-ups.

The role also includes analyzing HR data and key performance indicators to present insights and recommendations to management, supporting organizational development, role design, and culture initiatives, implementing and localizing global HR programs and policies, and facilitating workshops and training in leadership, team development, and performance.

Personal Qualities

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Extensive experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Coordinator in a complex organization.
  • In-depth knowledge of Swedish labor law (MBL, LAS, collective agreements) and experience with union negotiations.
  • Experience in strategic workforce planning and talent management.

Languages

Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
