We are now looking for an experienced and engaged HR Partner for an exciting position with our client in Karlskrona. As an HR Partner, you will play a central role as the first point of contact for all HR processes.

Responsibilities

As an HR Partner, your tasks will be highly varied and may include:

• Driving and executing HR processes in close collaboration with business leaders in Sweden and global HR Management.
• Diverse tasks including recruitment, collective bargaining negotiations, sparring, and advisory support to managers.
• Responsibility for follow-up, employee development, and strategic initiatives.
• Onboarding and offboarding.
• Rehabilitation, work environment, and training.

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you must be able to handle various types of tasks and prioritize effectively. You also need to be driven and proactive in leading and driving the HR function.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Relevant HR education and at least 2–5 years of professional experience.
• Experience across the entire HR value chain.
• Accountable with a focus on effective goal achievement.
• Structured with the ability to prioritize and handle rapidly incoming tasks.
• Fluent in English, as this is the corporate language.

About the Position

This is a consultancy assignment of approximately 8 months. You will be employed by Unik Resurs and placed at our client's site in Karlskrona, with the possibility of direct employment with the client in the long run.
