Are you an experienced HR Business Partner looking to work closely with the business in an international environment? We are now seeking a senior HR profile for an exciting assignment in Karlskrona, where you will combine strategic HR work with operational support for leaders and the organization 💼🌍

In this role, you will be a key player within People & Culture, working broadly across the entire HR spectrum – from employment law and collective bargaining to talent management, organizational development, and change leadership.

📍 Location: Karlskrona
🕒 Scope: Full-time
🏠 Hybrid: At least 3 days on-site/week
📅 Start: ASAP
📆 Assignment: 6 months with possibility of extension or permanent employment

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
✨ Supporting and coaching managers on HR-related matters
✨ Driving HR processes such as performance management and talent reviews
✨ Handling employment law issues and MBL (Swedish Co-determination Act) negotiations
✨ Working with organizational development and change initiatives
✨ Ensuring a strong employee experience and culture
✨ Analyzing HR data and tracking KPIs
✨ Collaborating with Talent Acquisition on recruitment and workforce planning

🎯 We are looking for you who:
✔️ Have several years of experience in a senior HR role or as an HRBP
✔️ Are confident in Swedish employment law and collective bargaining
✔️ Have experience in change leadership and organizational development
✔️ Are accustomed to working close to the business and strategically
✔️ Communicate fluently in both Swedish and English
