Interim Position for Those Who Love Order, Numbers, and System Adventures.

A technology-intensive company in Ronneby is undergoing an exciting transformation where a business unit is being separated and prepared for a new future. We are now looking for an independent interim resource who can step in during the summer to help us keep both the numbers and the assets on the right side of the balance sheet.

About the Role

You will work with transferring fixed assets between companies and ensuring that everything is booked correctly along the way. In total, this involves over 400 fixed assets that need to be sold, booked, and set up in a new system.

This is not a "press a button and you're done" project. Our financial systems have… personality. Therefore, you need to be confident in both accounting and practical system work.

Main Responsibilities

• Calculate sales values for fixed assets
• Manage sales in the fixed asset register
• Print and check postings
• Book transactions in the financial system
• Set up assets in the new system
• Book purchases in the receiving company
• Participate in preparing the entry balance sheet based on tax book values

Who Are You?

We believe you:

• Have experience with accounting and fixed assets
• Are accustomed to working independently
• Do not panic when faced with older or slightly sluggish financial systems
• Enjoy structure, precision, and problem-solving
• Can keep a cool head even when many others are on vacation
